Hock My Rock LLC ("Hock My Rock") reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion and without sending notice to you, so you should review this Privacy Policy periodically. Privacy; Confidential Information

Hock My Rocks’ policy is to protect the confidentiality of the individually identifiable information that you provide, and we limit access to that information only to those with a need to know. Hock My Rock collects the following information from you: Full name, address, email, phone number, and details of your item you wish to sell, including certificate and photo or your item. In addition, if you choose to complete certain forms or send us requests, you will be asked to provide the following information: full name, address, email address, phone number, and in some cases a copy of your drivers license or state issued ID, details of your item you wish to sell, including certificate and photo of your item, a copy of your shipping receipt, recent appraisal.

Hock My Rock’s policy is to prohibit the unlawful disclosure of your personal information. Hock My Rock will not release your name or otherwise publicize the fact that you purchased goods or other information to us unless: (a) you grant Hock My Rock permission to do so; or (b) Hock My Rock is requested or required to do so by law; provided that Hock My Rock may disclose your e-mail address to USPS or other applicable shipping carrier for the sole purpose of providing you with package tracking information. Computer Information

Hock My Rock logs your current Internet address (this is usually a temporary address assigned by your Internet service provider when you log in), the type of operating system you are using, and the type of browser software used. In addition, Hock My Rock may keep track of what portions of this Site you are visiting. Hock My Rock aggregates this information to help Hock My Rock improve or create a better experience for users of the Site.  For example: Hock My Rock may upgrade those parts of the Site that are heavily visited.

In utilizing this analytics service, Hock My Rock maintains its existing standards in regards to the sharing and disclosure of information, security and privacy safeguards for the data, and the data retention policy, each described below. Google Analytics analyzes website usage information automatically upon visits to the Hock My Rock website(s). Users who do not wish to have their visit information collected by Google Analytics may opt-out by downloading a browser extension or by disabling cookies in their browser settings. Opting-out of web measurements will still permit users to access the full Hock My Rock website, with all included information and functionality.

Encryption

Hock My Rock uses no encryption (data scrambling) on certain portions of the Site, but uses encryption on portions where you are transmitting financial information, such as credit card information. Keep in mind that there is no such thing as perfect security.
